Welcome to Pay Equality Project

Equal Pay. Equal Power. Equal Future.

Driving bold action to close the gender pay gap and advance economic justice for all.

Who we are

We’re Fighting for Pay Equality, Everywhere.

The Pay Equality Project is a Super PAC created to spearhead the crusade to bridge the pay inequality gap between men and women. Besides shining a bright light and bringing attention to this critical problem facing our nation, PEP will support, succor and encourage legislation and candidates that are committed to pay equality. Women are paid less than men due to the occupational segregation, the devaluation of women’s work, societal norms, and discrimination, all of which took root well before women entered the labor market. PEP will be at the vanguard of the movement to eradicate the stain on the fabric of American Society that is the
systemic undervaluing of women. Many organizations make ceremonial appearance and attempt to talk about this issue once a year; but the non-value and discrimination of women that manifests itself in the gender pay gap is a problem that needs to be fought for every day and PEP is ready and equipped to be at the forefront of this battle.

The Wage Gap Is Real. And It’s Unacceptable

1:Women earn 82 cents for every dollar men earn.

2:Women of color face even wider disparities.

3:The wage gap costs women $1 million+ over a lifetime.

The Pay Equality Project (PEP)

The Pay Equality Project is a Super PAC dedicated to eliminating the gender pay gap and championing pay equality in America. PEP works to raise awareness, influence legislation, and support candidates who are committed to closing wage disparities between men and women. Rooted in the belief that systemic undervaluation of women’s work is a stain on the fabric of our society, PEP fights daily to dismantle occupational segregation, challenge outdated societal norms, and end discrimination in the workplace.
Our Vision

To spearhead the fight for pay equality by confronting the systemic causes of wage disparities, advocating for impactful legislation, and supporting leaders committed to ensuring fair pay for all, regardless of gender.

Our Vision

A nation where pay equality is a reality, and every individual’s work is valued equally, free from discrimination or bias.
